At Talaqq Watches, we take pride in the quality of our timepieces and want you to have a flawless experience with your purchase. If you receive a defective watch, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges for Defective Products

We only accept returns for watches that are defective upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Report the Issue – Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at support@talaqq.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or a video of the issue.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Once our team reviews your request and confirms the defect, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Return the Product – The watch must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  4. Replacement or Refund – After inspecting the returned item, we will either replace the defective watch or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Any signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Watches returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Issues reported after 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the defect is confirmed, Talaqq Watches will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the watch is returned but found to be in working condition, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees, and the item will be sent back.

Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 working days from the date we receive your returned watch to process your exchange or refund.
